Jennifer Falik Rains
Chief Events Officer
Jen is a seasoned event professional who founded Falik Rains Productions in 2013. After studying musical theater and comedy at Emerson College in Boston, Jen happily entered the events world, working at a theatrical ad agency and planning opening nights on Broadway.
Since moving to New York in 1998, Jen has had the honor of working on a wide range of events for Fortune 500 companies, investment firms, banks, pharmaceutical corporations, industry associations, media agencies, non-profit organizations, cultural institutions, theatrical productions, and educational foundations.
She’s delivered countless conferences, meetings, parties, fundraisers, retreats and special events throughout the country.
Jen takes pride in developing meaningful relationships while providing strategic counsel to help her clients grow their business and identify revenue opportunities.
She also has a talent for singing a song for any situation. It’s both endearing and annoying.

Jack Daniel Woods
Director of Production
Jack has traversed the globe conceptualizing, designing, and executing live, virtual, and hybrid productions and events for multi-disciplinary arts companies, clients, and performers.
A graduate of Glasgow's Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Jack’s been focused on the field of arts and event production for half of their life. As a result, Jack brings an absurdly diverse and creative catalog of knowledge, skill, and malleability to every single project.
While Head of Production for the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Jack became internationally recognized for their vision and creativity… and for saving an entire concert performance, when a Steinway grand piano fell into a hole in the middle of a stage. (story for another day)
Jack is a Brooklyn dwelling, bike riding, beach loving, laughter making (and having), gender-queer, queer, Brit/Aussie.
